  The staff at Bruce Harry, whilst appearing to be nice, took a long time to return e-mails and were not always willing and able to do what they could to help. We were unlucky enough to have a landlord that resided overseas and always took a long time to respond to requests. However, little things, like our back door latch not working and not being able to let the kids go outside through that door should be able to be fixed at the discretion of the agents. They constantly blamed the landlord for failures to provide services and then when they did finally fix things they obviously paid bottom dollar as every single time services were provided they were of the poorest quality.

  We had to break our lease to move out of our property 3 weeks early and gave the real estate agents MONTHS of notice, however they did nothing to mitigate losses; they delayed advertising the property, again blaming the landlord, they refused to reduce the over priced rent until our lease expired, then reduced it. They would not answer calls when confronted on this and became so difficult to deal with that it became more of a hassle than what it was worth dealing with them. This bad attitude existed despite being told multiple times during our three year tenure that we were the best tenants they had.

  We had a contract on my father's house within 24 hours of listing. The support and service provided by Sales Associate Leon were very professional and the family is extremely happy with the outcome. Thanks to Leon and the team.

  I have not bought or sold a house with BH realty. But I have been harassed by them. I got onto a call list 3 years ago at a house visit and they will not take me off the list. I get multiple calls every few months, just having had 3 calls in 3 days despite reassurance my name was removed. Their reasoning - they have paper records making it harder to remove me from their database. How I can I trust people to sell a house who can't figure out how to cross a name off a list? Dishonest, disorganised and outdated.

Our real estate agent was Darrell Plumridge and he went out of his way to make sure we secured the property for a great price. We purchased our house while living away from Brisbane and Darrell ensured the process was stress free and ran smoothly.
