Pretty place, amazing gardens, I'd be happy enough to be placed her. Sorry though, I must admit not impressed on a back to back service's, isn't ideal. People that are grieving need more time please. All guest's we're rushed out with no time to reflect.

For the past 10 weeks or more my daughter and I have been trying to get my Brother's Ashes. During this time we have been dealing with Shamone Zarins and were originally given false information on the process of collecting his ashes. I was told that I needed a letter from the bank to prove that my Mother and Father are deceased and I closed their accounts plus $240.00. I than went through the trouble of gathering these letters. I than called Shamone to inform her that I had the letters and the money and I was coming to pick up my brothers ashes, however she was busy and called me back at a later stage. When she called, she than informed me that this information was incorrect and I needed to gather my siblings letters (7) in order for her to release his ashes. My daughter then arranged to go there and speak to Shamone to gather all the correct details and get an understanding of what needed to be done to gather his ashes. We were told we needed letters from all siblings including a copy of there ID and signed by a JP. I gathered all the letters that I could from my siblings, Meanwhile they were all over the country side. Shamone also informed us that if we couldn't get the letters from the siblings I was able to write a letting of declaration stating that they couldn't be located and they would be informed of where my brothers ashes were relocated when we became in contact again. We gathered the letters from the siblings that we could find and the letter of declaration. My daughter then took them to the cemetery and they were placed on Shamones desk. Shamone than come back and said that these were not good enough and now we had to find the other siblings. Eventually we were able to track them down and get the letters however with one sibling Shamone tried to deny us from getting my brothers ashes once again because the sibling never had any ID. After all the complication and false information we now have relocated my brothers Ashes. During this process we were treated very unfairly. Once all documents were accepted we were then told to wait to see what the weather was doing and wait for her to be in contact for an appointment. A week than went by and I called Shamone and informed her that I would be there the next day at 10am to collect his ashes. During all this I was made out to be a liar, treated rudely and unfairly both on the phone and in person. Due to the line of work she is in, you would think she would show some compassion and respect. This process was extremely upsetting and stressful for my daughter & I. She needs to be re-educated on how to deal with people during such tragic times. All I was wanting out of this situation was a pain free and stress free relocation process to lay my brothers ashes with his Mother and Father. I would just like to thank Peter from Goodna Crematorium for helping me through this hard and stressful process.
